What Age Groups Are The Strider Bikes For?
Our Strider 14" Balance Bikes are suitable for primary school students in KS1.
Do You Supply Helmets?
Yes! We sell helmets and protective pad sets which can be found under our "Protection" section.
We recommend wearing both helmets and pads, this is to ensure that all children are safe when riding a bike.
How Do We Set You Up As A Supplier?
If you would like to set us up as a supplier, please get in touch and we can send over all the required details.
Can We Pay On An Invoice?
Yes! If you would like to pay via invoice, select "Bank Deposit" as the checkout. From there we will send you an invoice to the email provided on the order.
Can I Have A Range Of Colours In My School Bundle?
Yes! If you would like a range of colours in your school bundle, please use our contact form to get in touch so we can provide a custom bundle.
Can I Have A Different Quantity Of Striders Compared To Your Bundles Provided?

How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email confirming this along with a tracking number and link.
Our pallet service, will not have a tracking code so we will be in touch to inform you of an advised delivery date at the point of dispatch.
How Is My Order Delivered?
Depending on the size of the order, it will be delivered either by DPD or on a palletised delivery.
I Think I Have A Faulty Product, What Shall I Do?
